This English translation is provided for information. In the event of a discrepancy, the French version of the rental terms remains the reference document.
No cancellation or refund is possible after the booking has been confirmed, including in the event of unfavourable weather. No postponement is granted unless exceptionally decided by the operator.
If the reserved boat cannot be supplied because of a breakdown, technical issue or circumstances outside its control, Royal Dolphin (operated by ZEN NAUTIQUE) may provide an equivalent or superior boat, or cancel the rental and refund the sums received without additional compensation. The contract may also be terminated when weather conditions are dangerous.
The customer is responsible for their conduct, all passengers and the rented equipment. Safety instructions, authorised navigation areas, maximum capacity and staff instructions must be followed. Use under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Loss, breakage or damage may be charged to the customer; personal liability/accident insurance covering water activities is strongly recommended.
The driver must be at least 18 years old and must comply with river regulations and safety instructions. Towing, subletting or lending the boat, navigation outside authorised areas and operation under alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
A €300 security deposit is required before boarding. It is returned when the boat is brought back on time, without damage and in its original condition after full payment. Costs exceeding the deposit remain payable by the customer.
Any accident or breakdown must be reported immediately. The customer must not attempt repairs without authorisation. No refund is due for an interruption caused by misuse or negligence.
The boat must be returned on time, at the agreed place, clean and in good working order. Late return may be charged at the applicable hourly rate; recovery costs after abandonment are payable by the customer.
Navigation is strictly limited to the area defined by Royal Dolphin on the map or during the safety briefing.
Anglers must hold any required fishing permit and comply with local seasons and quotas. Cleaning fish on board and dirty bait that can damage the boat are prohibited; excessive cleaning or damage may be charged.
Children must wear a life jacket at all times. Their supervision remains the sole responsibility of the adults accompanying them.
A condition check is performed before departure. If no remarks are made, the equipment is deemed to be in good condition. Missing or damaged items may be charged on return.
Signing or validating the rental contract constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Personal information is used for management of the rental services in accordance with the applicable privacy information.
